Each package includes accommodations for 4 nights, transportation between the airport, hotel, and festival area, as well as admission to all three days of the festival beach parties.
Flights are not included. You’ll need to book your own flight to Tulum. We recommend booking early for the best rates!
Our festival accommodations include a selection of top-rated hotels and apartments/condos in Tulum, which will be assigned based on your package choice and availability. While we’ll confirm your hotel after booking, please note that booking accommodations with us is not required—you’re welcome to arrange your own stay if you prefer.
Round-trip transportation between the airport and hotel is provided with your package. We’ll coordinate pick-up times closer to the event date.
The festival features an all-star lineup of Chicago DJs, curated to bring you the best music experience. Stay tuned to our website and social media for announcements.
Yes, we offer VIP packages that include premium accommodations, exclusive access to certain events, and expedited entry. For more details, email us at Cs@dest-fest.com.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will receive a partial refund. Cancellations made after that date are non-refundable. For specific inquiries, please reach out to Cs@dest-fest.com.
At this time, tickets are only available as part of the full 3-day package to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees. Single day access will only be available at the door based on capacity - and is not guaranteed.
Pack for warm weather and beach-friendly attire, but keep in mind certain venues may have a dress code. Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, a swimsuit, and comfortable shoes for dancing!
