3. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and only transferable as per the Festival’s discretion. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Tickets purchased from third-party vendors are at your own risk and may not be honored by the Festival.
In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or change in dates, we will issue refunds or reissued tickets based on our policies at the time.
4. International Travel and Compliance
The Festival is located in Tulum, Mexico, and is subject to Mexican laws and regulations. Attendees traveling from other countries, including the United States, are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, and compliance with health and safety protocols, such as those related to COVID-19. The Festival is not responsible for any personal travel issues.
5. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to respect the venue, staff, artists, and fellow attendees. Illegal activities, violence, harassment, and disruption are grounds for immediate removal without refund.

You acknowledge and assume all risks related to your participation in the Festival. These include, but are not limited to, personal injury, illness, damage to personal property, or acts of nature.
